visa from the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your country. Please

Conference Fees includes conference
participation, a copy of the conference materials (proceedings,
program etc), conference banquet, social program, loading from the
night of Oct.8 to the night of Oct.12, and meals from the reception
dinner of Oct.8 to the lunch of Oct.13. All asked amounts do not
include the bank transfer fee, which is to be covered by the participants.
