Second
Announcement of
6th International Conference on Molten Salt Chemistry & Technology |
|
After Kyoto
(1983), Honolulu (1985), Paris (1991), Honolulu (1993) and Dresden
(1997) then MS6 continues a series of International Conference
on Molten Salt Chemistry & Technology. Like all preceding symposia
the scope of MS6 in Shanghai remains, as usual, the scientific
and technology exchanges of progress in molten salt chemistry
& technology. Bridging the gap between fundamentals and technical
application will be a major issue of the conference.
The conference
consists of 5 plenary lectures, 26 keynotes, 30 short oral presentations
and about 45 posters. In order to minimize parallel sessions and
due to the limited time, we had to only accept a part of contributions
as oral presentations. Therefore, the posters provide excellent
contributions for the conference.
The local organizers
would like to thank the international scientific board and the
Japanese molten salt committee for their supports, both scientific
and financial. Also, the organizers acknowledge gratefully the
financial support by National Natural Science Foundation of China.
At last, we would like to be most grateful to Shanghai University,
which helped us in organizing the conference. Now we look forward
to a successful and enjoyable conference in Shanghai.
